- International: 10–20 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)

- We currently ship within the United States and internationally.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

6. Delays & Lost Packages
- Connectistic is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or incorrect shipping information.
- If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first.

7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
